Billingshurst Billingshurst was a listed project undertaken by Demarc Enterprises; the project comprised of a full internal and external refurbishment, tailored to comply with local building authorities' Grade 2 listed consent rules and regulations. The project was managed in it's entirety by Demarc; fifteen people were kept on site at any one time to ensure completion and delivery within the agreed budget and dealine. Included in this team was full structural surveyor facilities and architectural support.
Sundown An internal project worked on in Sanderstead, this project totalled three months from inception to completion. It involved two single storey extensions to the rear and side elevations, creating a sunken patio and incorporating a Jacuzzi. |
